I am so excited that we have blooming plants in the store for the day of love. Blooming bulbs are a fun way to give your landscape terrific color when little else is going on outside. With planning, that color can begin when snow is still on the ground and last until it’s time to plant your annuals. Blooming tulips can be enjoyed in the house now and later planted outdoors. Pick a place in the yard or just in front of an existing landscape bed. Work the ground with a tiller or a good spade shovel. Add compost and work this area throughout the spring and summer. Plan on planting early, mid, and late blooming tulips in the fall for beautiful colors throughout the spring.
